By accessing or using the Prime Bulk website at prime-bulk.com, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Orders and Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
An order is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from Prime Bulk. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Minimum order quantities may apply. Please contact us for current minimums and pricing for your order volume.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order confirmation unless a credit account has been established. We accept major credit cards, ACH/bank transfer, Zelle, Cash App, and other methods as agreed upon.
For recurring subscription bundle orders, your payment method will be charged automatically on the agreed billing cycle. You may cancel at any time per our Refund Policy.
Product Quality and Grading
Prime Bulk sources USDA-inspected meats and strives to deliver products that meet or exceed the grade specified in your order. All products are handled under strict cold-chain protocols.
USDA grades (Choice, Prime, Select) are assigned by USDA-certified graders. Minor natural variations in marbling, color, and cut size are normal and do not constitute a defect.
Delivery and Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address. Prime Bulk is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery has been completed and accepted.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Referral Program
Participation in the Prime Bulk referral program is subject to the following conditions:
- Referral commissions ($100 per qualifying order) are paid manually by Prime Bulk after a referred customer places and pays for an order of $1,000 or more
- Self-referrals are not eligible for commission
- Prime Bulk reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time with reasonable notice
- Commission payments are considered taxable income; recipients are responsible for reporting them to applicable tax authorities
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Prime Bulk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Bulk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a product order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore County, Maryland.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
